• Psychic readings, energy scans, and timing forecasts
• Spellwork, rituals, cleanses, and related metaphysical services

All services are delivered digitally via email following completion of the intake process and payment. Sessions are personalised based on the information you provide during intake.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. By purchasing a session, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

4. Nature of Coaching, Psychic, and Spellwork Services

Sapphire Blaire provides coaching, personal guidance, spiritual wellness, psychic reading, and spellwork services (collectively, the “Services”). You acknowledge and agree that:

• The Services are for entertainment, personal growth, self-improvement, and general guidance purposes only
• Coaching is not therapy, counselling, psychotherapy, or any form of licensed mental health treatment
• Relationship coaching is not couples therapy, marriage counselling, or licensed relationship therapy — it is general personal guidance to help you gain clarity and perspective on your relationships
• Psychic readings, energy scans, and timing forecasts are based on personal belief and spiritual practice, are not scientifically validated, and are not a guarantee or prediction of future events
• Spells, rituals, cleanses, and related spellwork are symbolic and ceremonial practices; we make no guarantee that any spell or ritual will produce any specific supernatural, magical, or real-world outcome
• Nothing in the Services is intended, able, or guaranteed to influence, compel, or override the free will, feelings, thoughts, or actions of any third party, regardless of how a service is described or named
• Our services do not constitute financial advice, investment advice, legal advice, medical advice, or licensed relationship counselling
• Any insights related to career, finances, relationships, or life decisions are offered as general guidance and should not be relied upon as professional financial, legal, or therapeutic counsel
• You should not make major relationship, medical, financial, or legal decisions (such as ending a marriage, filing for divorce, custody arrangements, or relocating) based solely on the Services — consult a licensed therapist, counsellor, or attorney for such matters
• You should consult a licensed professional for matters requiring financial, legal, medical, relationship therapy, or mental health expertise
• Results vary by individual; we do not guarantee specific outcomes from any session, reading, or spellwork, including changes in relationship status, luck, finances, or a third party's feelings or actions

5. Purchasing and Payment

All prices are displayed in USD and are inclusive of applicable fees. Payments are processed by Shopify. By completing a purchase, you agree to Shopify's terms and conditions in addition to these Terms of Service.

Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email and access to your intake form. Your personalised coaching session will be delivered after you complete the intake process.

6. Delivery of Services

Coaching sessions are delivered digitally by email, typically within 2–4 hours of intake completion, though delivery times may vary based on demand. We reserve the right to take additional time when necessary to ensure quality. Digital delivery constitutes fulfilment of the purchased service.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on sapphireblaire.com — including text, design, graphics, logos, and the content of coaching sessions delivered to you — is the intellectual property of Sapphire Blaire and is protected by applicable copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information in the intake process
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or infrastructure
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the content of coaching sessions
• Use abusive, threatening, or harassing language in any communication with us

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sapphire Blaire and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from or relating to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies whether the claim is based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.
